Our advantages
The 2-year warranty is valid for coverings, foams, metal bases and mattresses for occasional sleeping.
The 5-year warranty is valid for double slatted bases, frames and mattresses for daily sleeping.
If a defect is found upon delivery, we invite you to mention it on the delivery note, which must be signed by our carrier. You must inform us within a maximum of 3 days by contacting us here or at sav@convertiblecenter.fr
If a defect or malfunction of your convertible appears after this 3-day period, please send us photos illustrating the problem encountered. After analysis and if the defect is confirmed, the after-sales service will contact you for a part replacement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Fading of fabrics caused by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light as well as mechanical damage caused by improper use , such as closing with a duvet or blanket, is not covered by the warranty.
Before placing an order, we invite you to check all the characteristics of the chosen product(s): dimensions , color , material , etc. If you have any doubts before your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us by clicking here or by going directly to the store if you are nearby. Our teams will be happy to answer all your questions and guide you towards the model that best meets your expectations.
We understand that doubt is part of life and that buying a sofa bed or furniture online can be a difficult choice. That is why you benefit from the clause: 14 days of satisfied or refunded trial from the date of receipt of your order. If the product you have chosen is not perfect for you or if you simply change your mind, you can contact us and we will take care of taking it back. If you wish to withdraw, you must imperatively formulate your request here or at the address sav@convertiblecenter.fr .
Your order must not show any wear and tear due to its use. The refund will be made once the goods have been recovered and checked by our services. We will then proceed to refund the full amount paid, except for the return costs which will remain your responsibility. This period may be extended in the event that the recovery of the goods concerned takes longer (Article L221-24)
