Products in stock
We have a stock of more than 1000 products that can be shipped within 48 hours for Paris and the Paris region , or within 10 days for other regions as well as Corsica , Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland . These items are visible in the In stock category.
Products in production
If our products are not in stock, we have a manufacturing time of 8 to 10 weeks because we will manufacture it for you! The stock may vary depending on the chosen color. Click on the color dots of your favorite product to discover, under the image, the associated delivery times . You also have the possibility to filter your search from the collection page using the "In stock" sorting tool.
Will your sofa fit through the door?
The convertible sofas arrive in 3 packages : the sofa , its armrests and the vacuum-packed rolled mattress in a cardboard box, to facilitate its passage and installation.
For corner sofa beds , delivery is in 4 packages, including the chaise longue, to ensure easier handling even in the narrowest stairwells.
Package dimensions:
- For a 120cm bed with packaging: L 150 x H 90 x D 97
- For a 140cm bed with packaging: L 170 x H 90 x D 97
- For a 160cm bed with packaging: L 190 x H 90 x D 97
Once unpacked, remove 5cm from each package.
In case of narrow passage , the sofa will need to be unpacked and placed in a vertical position so that the seat and then the backrest can pass through first .
All our sofas are designed to be disassembled , but only our delivery drivers in the Île-de-France region can perform the disassembly. For deliveries outside the Île-de-France region, we can still disassemble the sofa, provided you select the "Delivery with difficult access" option during checkout on our website. Please note that if the delivery requires access via stairs, the staircase must be at least 90 cm wide.
Delivery process
When you place your order, we give you the option to choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar . For deliveries in Paris, the Paris region, and Switzerland, you will receive a text message the day before your chosen delivery date, indicating your 45-minute delivery window .
For all other regions , including Belgium and Luxembourg , you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. A few days later, our carrier will contact you by text message to confirm a final delivery date . You will then receive another text message the day before your chosen delivery date, indicating your 2-3 hour delivery window.
Our deliveries are from Monday to Saturday.
Our delivery drivers can deliver to you from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

You can choose the delivery date that suits you. When your order is ready, our carrier will send you a text message the day before your chosen date, indicating the delivery window.

Which delivery should I choose?
Delivery without installation: Your order will be delivered to the foot of the truck. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend that you carefully check the number of packages delivered as well as the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be taken upstairs or unpacked inside your home.xx
Delivery with installation: Two delivery drivers will install your order at your home. They will deliver the sofa beds in three packages (rolled sofa, armrests, and mattress) and will collect the packaging. For mainland islands (excluding Corsica and Switzerland), delivery is made to the ferry terminal. Above the 5th floor without an elevator, a supplement of €30 per floor must be paid to the delivery company (check or cash).
Difficult-access delivery: Two delivery drivers install, unpack, and disassemble the sofa to fit it through narrow passageways. They then reassemble the sofa in the room of your choice. Above the 5th floor without an elevator, a supplement of €30 per floor must be paid to the delivery company (check or cash). This service is non-refundable even if it was not necessary at the time of delivery.
Delivery with installation and collection: Two delivery drivers will take care of removing your old sofa, then install your new order in the room of your choice, also removing the packaging. Important: The request to collect your old sofa must be made at the time of ordering (charged €60).

This service is not refundable even if it was ultimately not necessary during delivery.
How to postpone your delivery?
It is imperative to inform us of any changes at least 10 days before the initially planned delivery date.
This delay is necessary to allow us to efficiently reorganize our logistics schedule and to guarantee that your new delivery takes place in the best conditions.
Any request made after this deadline may not be able to be taken into account without additional costs .
I was absent on the day of my delivery
The carrier will contact you shortly to arrange a new delivery date .
However, we would like to inform you that an additional fee of €120 will be applied for this reorganization.
These fees cover the costs associated with logistics management and reallocation of resources needed to ensure the new delivery.
Any request made after this deadline may not be able to be taken into account without additional costs .
What are the conditions for making a return?
We understand that buying a sofa bed or furniture online can be difficult; doubt is part of life! That's why you benefit from a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt (excluding Switzerland).
If the product is not suitable for you or if you change your mind, contact us here. to organize its resumption.
The product must be handed over to our carrier, packaged by you in a perfectly airtight manner, so that it shows no signs of wear or soiling . It must also be accompanied by all its accessories and instruction manual , in order to allow for its resale.
The refund will be issued after collection and verification , excluding return shipping costs which remain your responsibility, within 15 days . This period may be extended if the return takes longer.

For hygiene reasons, unpacked or used mattresses and mattress and pillow protectors cannot be returned.
