In accordance with legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to cancel.

If your order is not yet being prepared, it can be cancelled directly: contact our customer service. Once the order is being prepared, its shipment can no longer be interrupted; you can then exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of your package, via this form.

You may unpack and try your product to verify its characteristics and proper functioning. Please return it complete, with all its accessories. However, you may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product.
