Delivery
Delivery without installation: Your order will be delivered to the truck. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend that you carefully check the number of packages delivered and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be taken upstairs or unpacked inside your home.
Delivery with installation: Two delivery drivers will install your order at your home, remove the packaging, and deliver the sofa beds in three packages (sofa, separate armrests, and mattress). For mainland France (excluding Corsica), delivery is made to the ferry terminal.
Difficult access delivery: Your order will be delivered to the room of your choice. Two delivery drivers completely dismantle (to pass through difficult access) then install your order at home, take back the packaging and deliver the convertible sofas in three packages (sofa, separate armrests and mattress).
Delivery with installation and collection: Two delivery drivers will clear away your old sofa, then install your new order in the room of your choice, also removing the packaging. Important: You must request to take back your old sofa at the time of ordering (charged at €60).

Guarantees up to 5 years : Most of our sofa beds are equipped with double slatted bases designed for everyday use and guaranteed for 5 years. Other sofa beds are equipped with thermo-welded metal bases, guaranteed for 2 years. Foams, coverings and mattresses intended for occasional use also benefit from a 2-year guarantee.
Our covers : Our fabrics combine flexibility (30% cotton) and strength (70% polyester) and are free from toxic products for the body and the environment, with a pleasant feel in all seasons. Mattress comfort: The thickness of our “Daily Sleeping” mattresses is 13 cm to 16 cm depending on the sofa model. The HR (High Resilience) foams that fill them are available in 3 densities: 35Kg/m3, 40Kg/m3 or 55Kg/m3.
Interview
Our ROYAL Textile Care Kit includes a spray-on protector for your sofa that will waterproof it and prevent stains from setting in. It includes a shampoo that you spray onto the stain and a microfiber cloth to help the shampoo penetrate.
1. Protect : Apply a waterproofer upon receipt to protect your sofa from stains.
2. Dust : Dust your sofa every week with a brush and vacuum cleaner.
3. Cleaning: For small stains, use white vinegar. Removable covers can be machine washed (delicate cycle, 30°C or cold) or dry cleaned. For non-removable parts, use a special fabric cleaner.
For stubborn stains (blood, grease, etc.), use our cleaning kit including a waterproofer , a natural cleaner , and a glove that prevents pilling and wear. Also suitable for cushions, carpets and upholstery.

A real bargain, the DELICE convertible is an inexpensive sofa bed that is available in 120 cm bed and equipped with a comfortable mattress with a density of 20kg/m3 and a thickness of 12 cm. It is accompanied by a thermo-welded metal base guaranteed for 5 years. For regular or daily use, we suggest a choice of more high-end mattress, ranging from a density of 35kg/m3 to 55kg/m3 for complete comfort!
