Delivery
Delivery without installation: Your order will be delivered to the truck. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend that you carefully check the number of packages delivered and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be taken upstairs or unpacked inside your home.
Delivery with installation: Two delivery drivers will install your order at your home, remove the packaging, and deliver the sofa beds in three packages (sofa, separate armrests, and mattress). For mainland France (excluding Corsica), delivery is made to the ferry terminal.
Difficult access delivery: Your order will be delivered to the room of your choice. Two delivery drivers completely dismantle (to pass through difficult access) then install your order at home, take back the packaging and deliver the convertible sofas in three packages (sofa, separate armrests and mattress).
Delivery with installation and collection: Two delivery drivers will clear away your old sofa, then install your new order in the room of your choice, also removing the packaging. Important: You must request to take back your old sofa at the time of ordering (charged at €60).

Guarantees up to 5 years : Most of our sofa beds are equipped with double-slatted bases designed for everyday use and are guaranteed 5 years. These wide slatted bed bases are very durable and offer exceptional comfort . Foams, covers, and mattresses intended for occasional use are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Our upholstery : Our fabrics combine softness (30% cotton) and durability (70% polyester) and are free of substances harmful to the body and the environment, with a pleasant feel in all seasons. Mattress comfort: The thickness of our "Everyday Sleeping" mattresses ranges from 13 cm to 16 cm, depending on the sofa model. The high-resilience (HR) foam fillings are available in three densities: 35 kg/m³, 40 kg/m³, or 55 kg/m³.
Interview
Our ROYAL Textile Care Kit includes a spray-on protector for your sofa that will waterproof it and prevent stains from setting in. It includes a shampoo that you spray onto the stain and a microfiber cloth to help the shampoo penetrate.
1. Protect : Apply a waterproofer upon receipt to protect your sofa from stains.
2. Dust : Dust your sofa every week with a brush and vacuum cleaner.
3. Cleaning: For small stains, use white vinegar. Removable covers can be machine washed (delicate cycle, 30°C or cold) or dry cleaned. For non-removable parts, use a special fabric cleaner.
For stubborn stains (blood, grease, etc.), use our cleaning kit including a waterproofer , a natural cleaner , and a glove that prevents pilling and wear. Also suitable for cushions, carpets and upholstery.

Opt for comfort and practicality with the CHALON BZ sofa bed. Its 3-seater sleeping area ( 140x200 cm) rests on a robust frame with curved multi-ply slats (8 wide seat slats and 8 backrest slats), finished in metallic grey epoxy for optimal strength.
Quality mattress for optimal sleep
The STARLUX 15 cm bi-block mattress, made of 45 kg/m³ HR polyurethane foam, provides excellent support and a comfortable feel. Its stretch cover on a quilted top panel and its quilted 3D anthracite border ensure optimal breathability and durability.
A neat and elegant finish
The quilted 410 g/m² cover is lined, adding a touch of elegance. For extra comfort, a pair of removable cushions with zippers is included.
