Delivery
Delivery with installation: Two delivery drivers will install your order at your home, remove the packaging, and deliver the sofa beds in three packages (sofa, separate armrests, and mattress). For mainland France (excluding Corsica), delivery is made to the ferry terminal.
Delivery without installation: Your order will be delivered to the truck. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend carefully checking the number of packages delivered and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be taken upstairs or unpacked inside your home.
Delivery with installation and collection: Two delivery drivers will clear away your old sofa and then install your new order in the room of your choice, including the packaging. Important: You must request to have your old sofa returned to you at the time of ordering (charged at €60).

Guarantees up to 5 years : Most of our sofa beds are equipped with double slatted bases designed for everyday use and guaranteed for 5 years. Other sofa beds are equipped with thermo-welded metal bases, guaranteed for 2 years. Foams, coverings, and mattresses intended for occasional use also benefit from a 2-year guarantee.
Our covers : Our fabrics combine flexibility (30% cotton) and resistance (70% polyester) and are OEKO-TEX certified, a label that certifies the sanitary and ecological qualities of textiles, guaranteeing the absence of toxic products for the body and the environment. with a pleasant touch in all seasons. Mattress comfort: The thickness of our “Daily Sleeping” mattresses is 13 cm to 16 cm depending on the sofa model. The HR (High Resilience) foams that fill them are available in 3 densities: 35Kg/m3, 40Kg/m3 or 55Kg/m3.
Interview
Our ROYAL Textile Care Kit includes a spray-on protector for your sofa that will waterproof it and prevent stains from setting in. It includes a shampoo that you spray onto the stain and a microfiber cloth to help the shampoo penetrate.
1. Protect : Apply a waterproofer upon receipt to protect your sofa from stains.
2. Dust : Dust your sofa every week with a brush and vacuum cleaner.
3. Cleaning: For small stains, use white vinegar. Removable covers can be machine washed (delicate cycle, 30°C or cold) or dry cleaned. For non-removable parts, use a special fabric cleaner.
For stubborn stains (blood, grease, etc.), use our cleaning kit including a waterproofer , a natural cleaner , and a glove that prevents pilling and wear. Also suitable for cushions, carpets and upholstery.
Designed to seat 2, the DELHI convertible armchair is comfortable and space-saving . With its thin 4 cm armrests , it will fit into your interior. Covered in good quality microfibre fabric. Its firm seats and welcoming backrests will offer you excellent support. Equipped with pillow storage, its backrests fold down on themselves thanks to the EXPRESS opening mechanism which transforms this comfortable convertible sofa into a real bed in one go without removing the cushions.
The DELHI is equipped with a regular mattress with a density of 20kg/m3 and a thickness of 12 cm. It is accompanied by a thermo-welded metal base guaranteed for 2 years. For regular or daily use, we suggest our soft mattress with a density of 35kg/m3 and a thickness of 13/14cm!
